Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was easily the biggest of the PS2-era GTA games, and that means even more opportunities to use cheat codes. With the release of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition, it's time to revisit San Andreas (which is available on Xbox Game Pass), and what better way to do so than by leveraging some cheats?
This is the most complex game in the trilogy, with Rockstar introducing a new RPG-style progression system where you have to eat and work out, which can impact the way Carl looks and plays. That's perhaps all the more reason to utilize some cheats. Whether you want an infinite supply of ammo or weapons, to mess with the RPG stats, to change the behavior of vehicles, or any number of other things, the myriad cheat codes available for San Andreas will help you to cater the experience to your liking.
Cheat codes can be used in San Andreas at any time; just enter them during normal gameplay and you should see a confirmation on-screen. Some can be re-entered to disable their effect, while a few do seem to trigger a confirmation but don't seem to function as intended.
