With Black Friday later this week, it's the perfect time to start looking for some of the best deals in gaming and tech. Plenty of laptop deals are already available, just like this $300 saving on a fantastic gaming laptop from Asus at Best Buy, which gives you incredible performance at just over $1,500.
Asus ROG Zephyrus GA503 QHD Gaming Laptop
$1,550 (was $1,850)
At this price you might expect some corners to be cut. Maybe the display isn't anything special, or performance is relegated to an entry-level GPU. That's not the case here, with the Asus ROG Zephyrus GA503 offering a 15-inch, 1440p display, RTX 3070 GPU, and AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS CPU. In a chassis that is borderline an ultrabook, there's not much more you can really ask for.
The slight thickness does lend itself to strong I/O options, including a full HDMI out, ethernet port, two USB-C ports, two USB-A ports, a microSD card reader, and audio jack. This configuration also features 1TB of SSD storage, as well as 16GB of DDR4 RAM, which is really the only downside to an otherwise powerhouse rig.
This model comes in what Asus calls Eclipse Grey, which looks pretty much like black, and also features their dot-matrix display on the outside that you can configure with all sorts of RGB lighting. The deal is on now at Best Buy, with this $300 discount not likely to last long. If you're looking for other great Black Friday deals, check out all the sales that are already live across a bunch of retailers.
