Andor TV Series Creator Discusses The Fate Of Two Major Characters

Disney's newest live-action Star Wars TV series, Andor, recently wrapped up its first season. The show is returning for a second season at some point in the future--potentially in 2024--and while fans wait, series creator Tony Gilroy has answered some burning questions about the events of Season 1.

This story contains major spoilers for Andor.

Starting off, Gilroy addressed what might have happened to Andy Serkis' fan-favorite character, Kino Loy, following the events of the prison break. After breaking free from the prison, Loy and all the other prisoners had to leap into the water and swim to shore for any chance of survival. The only problem? Loy admits in a tender moment, "I can't swim." That's the last we see of Loy, leaving fans to wonder what happened to him.
