As it does twice per month, Microsoft is removing more Game Pass titles from the catalog. The first wave of removals for September 2023 have been confirmed, and a total of nine games are leaving soon.
Announced in a blog post alongside a list of games coming to Game Pass, titles headed out on September 15 include the strategy game Sid Meier's Civilization 6 and the music-based shooter Metal Hellsinger. That game was released on September 15, 2022, and was available on day one through Xbox Game Pass, so the timing of its removal might be connected to some kind of one-year deal.
Other games leaving Game Pass on September 15 include Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony Anniversary Edition, Aragamin 2, Train Sim World 3, Tainted Grail: Conquest, Amazing Cultivation Simulator, DC League of Super-Pets: The Adventure of Krypto and Ace, and Fuga: Melodies of Steel.
